About

VibraScope is a measurement tool for guitar players, techs, and luthiers. It uses your device's microphone to tune, check intonation, guide a setup, and measure how an instrument responds when it's played or tapped. Every reading describes the instrument; none of them is a score.

What it does

Tuner with a reference pitch you choose between 415 and 466 Hz
Intonation check at the twelfth fret, converted to saddle travel and screw turns
Step-by-step setup that tracks progress per instrument
Resonance peaks, sustain, and damping from a sweep, a body tap, or an open-string pluck
Compare two captures and see whether the difference is larger than normal variation
Photograph instruments and read their serial numbers

Privacy

Measurements stay on your device until you export them. The microphone is used for measurement and the camera for instrument photos and serial numbers. Endogen LLC collects no data from VibraScope. See the privacy policy.
